1. Order Cancellations
Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders are transmitted to our fulfillment center shortly after they are placed and may begin processing within minutes.
As a result, UMM Skincare cannot guarantee order cancellations, modifications, or changes once an order has been submitted.
Customers who need to request a cancellation should contact orders@ummskincare.com as soon as possible and include the order number, name, email address, and shipping address associated with the order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before fulfillment begins, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, has been packed, or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene, safety, and quality control, UMM Skincare does not accept returns of opened, unopened, used, or partially used products.
All sales are considered final unless a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact orders@ummskincare.com within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- The name and shipping address associated with the order
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping materials, if applicable
UMM Skincare reserves the right to evaluate all claims and determine, in its sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution, payment provider, or credit card issuer.
UMM Skincare does not provide refunds or exchanges for:
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with fragrance, texture, color, or product experience
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities where ingredients were disclosed prior to purchase
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
This Returns & Refunds Policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and shall be interpreted accordingly where such laws require additional rights or remedies.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Standard parcel orders (UPS and small-package shipments) placed by 11:00 AM MST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM MST, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Larger shipments, including palletized freight orders, generally require 48–72 business hours for processing prior to shipment.
Shipping and delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are subject to carrier performance, weather conditions, inventory availability, and other circumstances beyond UMM Skincare's control.
During peak periods, including holidays, trade shows, product launches, inventory transitions, or other high-volume shipping periods, order processing and shipment times may be extended.
Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via ground service or another carrier/service level selected by UMM Skincare at its sole discretion.
4. International Orders
At this time, UMM Skincare only ships to addresses within the United States.
We are unable to process or fulfill international orders through our website. Any future expansion of international shipping services, including available destinations, shipping methods, duties, taxes, and customs requirements, will be communicated and reflected in these Terms and Conditions at that time.
5. Payment & Billing
All transactions are processed securely. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to contest the claim.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
UMM Skincare is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs authorities, labor disruptions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
Individual results may vary. UMM Skincare makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness, performance, or results of any product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and usage instructions prior to use. Individuals with known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns regarding product compatibility should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
We recommend performing a patch test prior to first use of any topical product. By purchasing and using UMM Skincare products, you acknowledge that skin sensitivities, allergic reactions, or other adverse responses may occur and agree that UMM Skincare shall not be liable for reactions resulting from individual sensitivities or failure to follow product instructions.
Except for products specifically intended for consumption, including the Ayurvedic Skin Health & Wellness Tea, UMM Skincare products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Statements regarding UMM Skincare products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UMM Skincare, its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, fulfillment partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our products, services, or website.
7. Force Majeure
UMM Skincare shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather events, pandemics, public health emergencies, governmental actions, labor disputes, transportation or carrier disruptions, supply chain interruptions, utility failures, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events that impact our operations, suppliers, fulfillment partners, or shipping carriers.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
UMM Skincare reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
